May Minerals was founded by me, Amanda! I’m an East Coast transplant originally from Ontario, Canada who is now living a different pace of life in Halifax, Nova Scotia. My love for rocks began at an early age. I would scavenge for rocks, collecting and saving the most unique ones and running silly experiments on some others (from testing which rocks were harder than others to crushing some up and thinking I found gold…I didn’t). Many (many) years later, I now find myself pulled to share this passion - which has evolved from street rocks to the fascinating world of crystals - with others. Thus, May Minerals was born!
