Spring encapsulated! This apophyllite specimen displays a beautiful pale green colouration with a pinky-peach stilbite inclusion resembling a spring blossom.

This combination of apophyllite and stilbite is said to be a powerful metaphysical combination with high vibrations, good for enlightenment work.

Apophyllite and stilbite are both zeolites (hydrated aluminosilicate minerals), apophyllite with a Mohs hardness of about 4.5/10 and stilbite about 3.5. Apophyllite is named for its “flaky” characteristics when heated, where stilbite is named for its beautiful shiny lustre.
